Purchasing Questions

How can I purchase the report?

You can purchase the report as part of an annual Research Council membership. 

Can I get more detailed data than what is in the report?

Absolutely.  Please contact sales@healthws.com for more information regarding a customized report.

I want to send the report to my colleague.  How do I do that?

Depending on your level of contribution to our research, you or your institution may qualify for additional username/passwords that you can provide access the entire report.  Alternatively, you can share graphics and tables by simply dragging and dropping them onto your computer’s desktop or an open Microsoft Office file.

Technical Questions

I lost my password.  How do I get a new one?

If you have already registered but forgot your password, you can reset your password.

How do I use the report graphics in my own presentation or report?

It’s easy!  Simply click on the graphic you want and drag it into your personal document.  Alternatively, you can right click on the graphic, select “Save As”, and save it to your hard drive.

When will a report for my city be published?

We are currently launching reports in 5 markets in 2008 with aggressive expansion plans for 2009.  Check back for exact locations and dates.

Will there be any reports for professions outside of nursing?

Absolutely.  We are working on a comprehensive allied health report as well as considering other health care professions to examine.  Have a suggestion?  Let us know.

I have some great data that I think would be great for these reports.  Who should I speak with?

I would like to participate in the surveys.  How do I do that?

To manipulate the data you must purchase the raw data package. Please contact sales@healthws.com for more information.
